3. Select Your Digital Key: From the list that appears, choose your digital key identified as “BR_xxxxxxxx.” If your digital key does not appear in the list, press the “Search again” button to refresh the search.

4. Review Software Versions: Once you select your digital key, the app will display the current software version of your digital key alongside the version to which it will be updated.

5. Initiate the Update: Confirm that you are updating the correct device by pressing “Your device is correct.” The lamp on your digital key will start blinking in purple for 10 seconds. During this time, briefly press the button on the digital key for about 0.5 seconds.

6. Monitor the Update Process: After a short while, the lamp on your digital key will change from purple to blue, indicating that the software update is in progress.

7. Complete the Update: Once the update is finished, the digital key's lamp will remain blue. Click “Close” in the app to exit.

8. Ensure Proximity for Wireless Update: Keep the digital key close to your device during the update process as it is performed wirelessly.

9. Battery and Duration Considerations: Be aware that the update process cannot be stopped once started and takes approximately 2-3 minutes. Ensure your digital key has sufficient battery before beginning the update.

10. Troubleshooting: If the update process halts or an error occurs, close the app and restart it to attempt the update again.

11. Registration Requirement: Remember, the digital key software update can only be performed on a registered digital key. Unregistered keys do not support software updates.
