Week 2 of the Blast from the Past event in *The Sims 4* is in full swing, sending players on a thrilling quest to unravel the mystery. However, a seemingly simple task is causing a hiccup for many—studying a Historical Display. Here’s a detailed guide on how to study a Historical Display in *The Sims 4*.

Where To Find a Historical Display in The Sims 4 Blast From the Past Event

A museum in The Sims 4 as part of an article about how to study a Historical Display. One of the quests in Blast from the Past Week 2 requires you to study a Historical Display at a museum. If you're a seasoned player, you likely know where your local museum is. New players should open their map and look for a building marked with an icon featuring pillars. The top two museums to visit are Municipal Muses in Willow Creek and The Future’s Past in Oasis Springs, as they are conveniently located near other tasks for the event.

How To Study a Historical Display in The Sims 4 Blast From the Past Event

Once you've located and traveled to a museum, it's time to dive in and start studying. Both paintings and sculptures count as Historical Displays in *The Sims 4*. Choose one that catches your eye and click on it. You'll be prompted to "View" the Historical Display, and you'll know you've completed the task when the Emit icon appears.

Despite the simplicity of this quest, many players are encountering issues. Mods seem to be the culprit, preventing the View button from functioning properly and stopping players from studying Historical Displays. Some have tried removing all mods to progress through the event, but without success. We hope EA is working on a fix. In the meantime, the best strategy is to try studying various items across different museums.
