ARK: Survival Ascended's 2025-2026 Content Roadmap: A Year of Updates and Expansions

Get ready for a thrilling journey through the world of ARK: Survival Ascended! Studio Wildcard has unveiled an exciting content roadmap spanning 2025 and 2026, promising a wealth of new features, creatures, and map expansions.

The roadmap highlights several key updates:

• March 2025: The highly anticipated Unreal Engine 5.5 update for ASA, paving the way for improved performance and individual DLC downloads. Nvidia Frame Generation is also planned for smoother gameplay.

• April 2025: Free Ragnarok Ascended and a new Bison creature join the roster, along with a Fantastic Tame.

• June 2025: A brand-new premium map will be released, offering players a paid expansion to explore. More details are promised in the coming months.

• August 2025: Free Valguero Ascended arrives, alongside a community-voted free creature and another Fantastic Tame.

• April 2026: Free Genesis Ascended Part 1 and Bob’s True Tales Part 1 will be released.

• August 2026: Free Genesis Ascended Part 2 and Bob’s True Tales Part 2 continue the expansion.

• December 2026: Free Fjordur Ascended concludes the year, featuring another community-voted free creature.

Beyond the scheduled content, Studio Wildcard is actively addressing player feedback and prioritizing bug fixes. Key areas of focus include creature spawning, battle rig functionality, crash fixes, general improvements, and exploit patching. Three additional Fantastic Tames are also planned for release throughout 2026.
