Leonardo Interactive and Leonardo Productions have unveiled a new game: Hell Architect: Survivors, a fast-paced bullet heaven arcade roguelite that reimagines the original Hell Architect as a wild, survival-focused experience.
Hell Architect: Survivors launches in 2026 on PC, mobile, consoles, and even arcade machines, ensuring its bullet-filled “Hell” reaches you on every platform. As a standalone entry in the series, it offers a twisted yet playful take on sin, punishment, and the absurd bureaucracy governing the underworld.
A world where sinners, saints, and maniacs clash for survival in the most ironic setting imaginable
It’s the inferno itself! You’ll pick from a roster of damned souls, each embodying a deadly sin with hilariously exaggerated traits. More than ten playable characters will be available at launch, alongside over twenty weapons and twenty passive items.
The journey spans seven or more unique levels, each themed after one of the infamous Circles of Hell, turning every run into an unpredictable, gloriously absurd adventure.
At its core, the game is about climbing the infernal ladder. Playing as a demon architect, you’ll battle to rebuild Hell while challenging Lucifer for control. The only way to earn your building permit? Defeat your rivals.
Along the way, you’ll recruit allies like Sir Lance, the self-proclaimed warrior and lover; Cyrce, a sadistic sorceress with a strange fondness for animals; and Jooda, a serial traitor who treats betrayal like a competitive sport.
You’ll also team up with Kleeopatra, whose charm is as lethal as her venom, and Don Giovane, a shameless womanizer now eternally punished for his excesses.
Visually, the game blends classic pixel art with modern effects, inspired by Metal Slug’s retro aesthetic and Narita Boy’s neon glow—transforming the underworld into a cartoonish playground of torment.
