Castle Doombad is back! The popular tower defense strategy game, originally released in 2014, returns on Android as Castle Doombad: Free To Slay. Developed by Grumpyface Studios and published by Yodo1, this mobile release offers a fresh take on the classic.
Grumpyface, known for hits like Steven Universe: Attack the Light and Teeny Titans, initially planned a single Castle Doombad remake. However, they wisely split the project into two: Free To Slay for mobile, and Castle Doombad Classic, a remastered version for Nintendo Switch and Steam (releasing later this year) featuring updated content. A sequel, Castle Doombad 2: Muahaha!, is also in development.
Unleash Your Inner Evil in Castle Doombad: Free To Slay!
Embrace your villainous side! Build a wicked lair, thwart heroic do-gooders, and utilize traps and minions as your ultimate weapons. This is tower defense with a deliciously dark twist.
