No Troop, Spell, or Siege Machine Training Time!
Imagine being able to launch back-to-back attacks without any waiting period. The March 2025 update makes this a reality by eliminating training times for troops, spells, and siege machines. This change will make your battles feel more dynamic and fast-paced. Additionally, hero recovery times are being abolished, meaning your heroes will always be ready to join the fight. This applies to players in Titan League and below, while Legend League maintains its eight-battle limit per day for now.
This monumental shift aligns with Clash of Clans' ongoing efforts to remove outdated mechanics. Following the removal of training costs in 2022, the elimination of training time further empowers players to enjoy uninterrupted gameplay without artificial barriers.
As part of these changes, Training Potions and Training Treats will be phased out, as they no longer serve a purpose. They will be removed from in-app purchase bundles, and any remaining items in player inventories will be converted into Gems.
There’s a New Match Anytime System!
Introducing the innovative Match Anytime system! When there aren't enough real bases available to attack, you'll now have the option to engage with snapshot bases. These are preserved versions of real player bases that are currently under Shield. Just like regular battles, you can earn loot and trophies, but the defender won't suffer any losses. This system, already familiar from Clan Wars and Legend League attacks, is now expanding to multiplayer battles.
To balance out the increased number of battles per session, adjustments are being made to Trophy Curves, with reduced trophies awarded for victories. Moreover, Clan Castle request timers are being standardized at a quick 10 minutes for all players.
