Clash Royale is gearing up for a grand celebration as it marks its 9th birthday at the Arena! The 9th birthday season is packed with exciting new challenges, a unique Evolution, and free chests for every player to enjoy.
Grab Your Decks Because the Hunter Just Got an Upgrade!
The Hunter is stealing the show this season with a significant upgrade that revolutionizes his battlefield presence. The Hunter's Evolution now features a Net that ensnares the nearest enemy troop, immobilizing them and stopping their attacks in their tracks.
If the ensnared troop is airborne, it gets yanked down to the ground, making it susceptible to ground-based assaults. This makes the Hunter Evolution a strategic choice for countering enemy offensives or bolstering your win-condition cards like the Royal Giant.
However, every card has its weaknesses. The Ice Spirit or Ice Golem can throw a wrench in the Hunter's plans before he can deploy his Net. So, steer clear of these counters and may fortune smile upon you!
The Clash Royale 9th Birthday Season is Filled with Events and Challenges
The season is brimming with a variety of events. From March 3rd to 10th, participate in the Hunter Evolution Draft, where you can craft decks featuring Card Evolutions. Following that, from March 10th to 17th, dive into Evolutions Mayhem, where you can include up to four Evolution Cards in your deck.
On March 17th, the Champion Triple Draft kicks off and continues until March 24th, offering a strategic draft-based battle format. From March 24th to 31st, the Mirror, Mirror challenge levels the playing field by providing both players with identical decks.
The excitement doesn't end there—Evolutions Mayhem makes a comeback from March 31st to April 7th, this time allowing up to eight Evolution Cards for an even greater impact. Each of these challenges offers its own set of rewards, including Banner Frames, Banner Decorations, and Season Tokens.
In true birthday spirit, Clash Royale is showering players with free gifts through the Supercell Store. Players from Arena 2 to 10 can claim a free King's Chest, while those in Arena 11 and above will receive a Legendary King's Chest.
