Maintaining perfect health requires proactive choices. Avoid risky behaviors like excessive alcohol consumption, drug use, and unprotected sex. Instead, focus on health-boosting activities: regular gym visits, walks, seeking medical treatment when needed, maintaining a healthy diet, meditation, and exploring alternative therapies like acupuncture. Prayer can also provide a temporary health boost if needed.
Visit the Gym 10+ Times After Age 18
