Access the Exchange: Speak to the gambling vendor in any Act after reaching Cruel Difficulty to access the Currency Exchange interface. You'll see two currency selection boxes.

Select Available Currency: In the right box, select the currency you possess and wish to exchange (e.g., Exalted Orbs).
