Cyberpunk 2077 Fortnite collaboration: Why no male V?
Fortnite players eagerly awaited Cyberpunk 2077 content, and the crossover finally arrived! While the item set is impressive, some fans were disappointed by the absence of the male version of protagonist V. Speculation ran rampant, but the reason is surprisingly straightforward.

Patrick Mills, Cyberpunk 2077 lore expert and decision-maker for this collaboration, explained the choice. The bundle was designed for only two characters, one of which had to be Johnny Silverhand. This left no space for both male and female versions of V. With Johnny being male, selecting the female V was a practical solution, and also a personal preference for Mills.
