Approximately two and a half years ago, we were treated to the excellent dungeon crawler, Dungeons of Dreadrock, from developer Christoph Minnameier. Inspired by classics like Dungeon Master and Eye of the Beholder, the game offered a top-down perspective and a strong puzzle element across its 100 unique levels. Each floor presented a new challenge, often requiring strategic thinking and precise timing to overcome traps and enemies. Our review praised the game's difficulty and inventive level design, and its subsequent releases across numerous platforms were equally well-received. Now, we eagerly anticipate its sequel. The striking red background and prominent Nintendo Switch logo, accompanied by a familiar snapping sound effect, confirm that this installment will debut on the Nintendo Switch eShop first, launching November 28th, 2024. However, PC gamers can rejoice! A PC version is in development and available to wishlist on Steam. Mobile players on iOS and Android can also anticipate a release, though specific dates remain unconfirmed. The confirmation of mobile versions is welcome news, and we'll be sure to update you as soon as further platform release dates are announced.
