The Taipei Game Show 2025 was a resounding success for Etheria: Restart, attracting thousands of fans eager to dive into the game's world. The event broke records set by previous betas and offered a wealth of exclusive content, ranging from live competitions to hands-on previews that left attendees thoroughly engaged.
Etheria: Restart's booth was a hub of excitement, brimming with in-game challenges, cosplayer appearances, and exclusive merchandise giveaways. Fans had the chance to win limited-edition collectibles, and a few fortunate attendees even walked away with a PS5 Pro.
On January 24th and 25th, the popular streamer Akaoni graced the stage, participating in live battles, hosting challenge events, and engaging with fans. Those who joined the festivities received a signed photo as a cherished memento.
Beyond the show floor, Etheria: Restart's closed beta achieved new milestones. The test recorded over 900,000 summons, with Massiah, Tiamat, and Hoyan being the most coveted characters. Notably, one Hyperlinker, Tianyu Rin, accomplished the remarkable feat of collecting every single character.
In terms of progression, most participants reached an average level of 35, but Lulu outshone others by reaching an impressive level 66. The Peak Arena rankings saw 82 competitors claim their spots, with Fried Bun emerging as the top-ranked Hyperlinker in both PvP modes. Meanwhile, the guild Qiyan City achieved the highest single-damage output in the event's toughest battle.
The new boss fight against NicoNana was a standout feature of the test, with over 24,000 attempts recorded. This challenging encounter pushed teams to refine their strategies and test their limits.
