Exploding Kittens 2 has just gotten an exciting boost with the release of the Streaking Kittens expansion, courtesy of Marmalade Game Studio. Available now on Android, iOS, and PC, this expansion is packed with fresh content that promises to shake up your game nights.
The Streaking Kittens Brings Tons of New Stuff to Exploding Kittens 2
The Streaking Kittens expansion introduces a slew of new elements to Exploding Kittens 2. One of the highlights is the introduction of new cards and decks, along with a much-anticipated feature: content sharing. This means that even if your friends don't own the expansion, you can still play together without anyone needing to purchase additional content.
The expansion includes five new cards that add thrilling dynamics to the game. The Streaking Kitten card, for instance, allows you to hold an Exploding Kitten card without detonating, provided you have a Streaking Kitten in your hand. However, if another player manages to steal your Streaking Kitten, and you're left holding the Exploding Kitten, you're out of the game.
The Swap Top and Bottom card lives up to its name by flipping the top and bottom cards of the draw pile, adding a strategic twist to your gameplay. The Mark card compels another player to reveal a card, which must remain visible. Garbage Collection forces all players to discard one of their cards back into the shuffled deck, while the Catomic Bomb card sends all Exploding Kitten cards straight to the top of the deck, intensifying the game's tension.
What Else Is New?
In addition to the new cards, the Streaking Kittens expansion introduces three themed decks to Exploding Kittens 2. The Streaking Kittens deck is designed to ramp up the level of theft and mischief in the game. The Danger Mode deck is loaded with Exploding Kittens, increasing the risk factor, while the Attack of the Attacks deck piles on attack cards, ensuring non-stop chaos and excitement.
This update is rolling out for free, and with the new content sharing feature, it's more accessible than ever. Head over to the Google Play Store to download the game and dive into the latest decks and features.
