Amazon Prime Video has thrillingly announced that fans can expect the second season of Fallout to hit their screens in December 2025. The excitement doesn't stop there, as the post-apocalyptic series, adapted from the beloved Bethesda video games, has already been greenlit for a third season. This news broke during Amazon's annual upfront presentation in New York City on Monday, showcasing the confidence the Fallout team has in the upcoming episodes, which wrapped filming just last week.
"The holidays came a little early this year - we are thrilled to be ending the world all over again for a third season of Fallout,” said Executive Producers Jonathan Nolan and Lisa Joy in a joint statement. “On behalf of our brilliant cast and crew, our showrunners [Geneva Robertson-Dworet] and [Graham Wagner], and our partners at Bethesda, we’re grateful to our incredible collaborators at Amazon MGM Studios and to the amazing fans as we continue our adventures in the wasteland together."

Many had speculated that new episodes wouldn't be available until early 2026. However, Amazon's commitment to a December 2025 release window demonstrates the show's full steam ahead approach.
