Fantasian Neo Dimension immerses players in a visually stunning world where Leo and his party race against time to stop Jas's catastrophic "Zero" plan—an existential threat that could unravel reality itself. The game blends compelling storytelling with innovative gameplay mechanics to maintain player engagement.
The Tachyon Medal serves as a late-game key item tied to an extensive JRPG side quest. While obtaining it proves challenging, understanding its purpose presents an even greater puzzle. Here's how players can secure and utilize this pivotal artifact.
Where To Find Tachyon Medal In Fantasian Neo Dimension
First referenced in Shangri-La, the Tachyon Medal becomes accessible just before confronting the final boss. To acquire it, advance through the storyline until reaching Sanctum within the God Realm via the Communication Network. Inside the Mirror of Order, players must battle God's Predator—a formidable yet manageable boss that summons two minions and employs Consume, a deadly attack draining 90% HP. Having Kina prepared for healing and equipping Petrification Null gear significantly eases this fight.
Leo’s Fire Samidare +2 efficiently dispatches summoned enemies, while Cherryl excels with concentrated Charged Attacks.
Upon victory, proceed to the Laboratory via the Balcony—an area scattered with debris. A chest containing the Tachyon Medal awaits to the right.
How To Use Tachyon Medal In Fantasian Neo Dimension
Activating the Tachyon Medal requires completing two objectives: reaching Shangri-La's Altar and finishing the Cinderella Tri-Stars side quest. These bosses appear across eight locations—the first two encountered during main story progression:
- En New District
- Midi Toy Box - Secret Room
- Royal Capital - Main Street
- Frozen Tundra - Center
- Hidden Valley – Duet Path
- Ancient Hill – River
- Nameless Island – Depths
- Shangri-La – Fallen City
Defeat them sequentially. After triumphing in Shangri-La, three chests unlock below the Altar—one containing the Holy Belt (grants All Ailment Null).
With all chests opened, the door emits a glow, prompting Tachyon Medal insertion to reverse time. Possessing the Medal initiates New Game+, retaining all levels, items, and gear. Though enemies scale in difficulty, prepared players—especially those who completed side quests—will find the challenge manageable. Successfully using the Medal unlocks the Time Reverse Trophy/Achievement, allowing players to embark anew on their mission to safeguard the Human Realm.
