Unlocking the Pose of the Unbound Emote in FFXIV Patch 7.16
Patch 7.16 of Final Fantasy XIV introduces exciting new quests and stylish cosmetics. This guide details how to obtain the coveted Pose of the Unbound emote.
To acquire the Pose of the Unbound, you must complete the quest "Imposing Views." Find the Unbound Agent NPC in Ul'dah – Steps of Thal (coordinates X:12.5, Y:11.5) to begin.
However, "Imposing Views" is locked behind "Picking Up the Torch." To unlock "Picking Up the Torch," you must complete all five role quests. This requires reaching level 100 with a Tank, Healer, Ranged DPS, Melee DPS, and Magical Ranged DPS job, and then completing their respective role quests in Tulliyollal.
Once eligible, "Imposing Views" is a relatively simple quest. Travel to the Sagolii Desert, interact with Apyaahi several times, overcome a few encounters, and you'll receive the Pose of the Unbound emote as your reward.
To use your new emote, simply type "/unbound" or "/poseoftheunbound" in the chat box and press Enter. Your character will strike a memorable, Jojo-inspired pose.
