The Taken Over event is an ideal time to gather these eggs, as Team GO Rocket will be more active and Rocket Radars will be easier to acquire. However, you can challenge Team GO Rocket Grunts at any time to face Sierra, Arlo, and Cliff, earning a 12KM egg if you have space in your inventory.
