Supergiant Games has unleashed the highly anticipated Olympic Update for Hades 2, promising significant improvements based on player feedback. This substantial update introduces a wealth of new content, including a sprawling new region, a formidable new weapon, additional allies, fresh animal companions, and much more.Key features of this expansive update include:

Currently in early access, Hades 2, the highly anticipated sequel to Supergiant Games' acclaimed roguelike, is set for a full release and console launch next year. Since its May PC release, it's garnered praise for its replayability and extensive content. The Olympic Update further expands this, adding significant gameplay hours with new dialogue and voice lines. The addition of Olympus, the mythical abode of the Greek gods and Zeus' throne, promises to significantly elevate the stakes.
The update also refines existing mechanics. Several Nocturnal Arms and Abilities have received overhauls, including Witch's Staff, Sister Blades, Umbral Flames, and Moonstone Axe Specials, allowing for greater player customization. Melinoe's Dash is now faster and more responsive, enabling quicker escapes from attacks. However, this enhancement is balanced by significant enemy upgrades.
