Getting Your Horse Back in Kingdom Come Deliverance 2
First and foremost, it's worth noting that you can reclaim your original horse, Pebbles, in Kingdom Come: Deliverance 2. To do so, head south to Semine and find the horse trader NPC. He holds the key to reuniting you with Pebbles, but he won’t just hand her over without some negotiation.
You have a few options: you can pay him with Groschen, or you can try to persuade or intimidate him into releasing Pebbles. In my experience, following the main questline and working with Radovan the blacksmith allowed me to acquire new clothes that made Henry appear more noble. This new attire helped me successfully persuade the horse trader to give up Pebbles without any cost, though it did slightly tarnish my reputation in Semine.
Should persuasion not be your forte, be prepared to shell out some Groschen to bring Pebbles back into your fold.
How to Steal a Horse
If you're feeling a bit more daring, you might opt to steal a horse. While wild horses are scarce in Kingdom Come: Deliverance 2, you can find them at farms or in stables. A good spot to start is Vidlak Pond in the west, where a farmhouse owned by fishermen awaits. They keep two horses there, which you can mount and ride off with.
Once you've taken your new horse, make your way to the Nomads’ Camp just east of Vidlak Pond. There, you can meet with the horse trainer NPC who will teach you how to saddle and tame your stolen mount. Be aware, though, that you'll need to pay for his services.
Alternatively, if you choose to bypass the trainer, you can simply ride your new horse as is, though it might not be as manageable or comfortable.
And there you have it, the ways to acquire a horse in Kingdom Come: Deliverance 2. For more tips and insights on the game, make sure to check out The Escapist.
