To get the Sovereign of Fresh Medal in Infinity Nikki, players must meet and beat the Sovereign of Fresh. However, note that the journey won't be easy as there are a lot of styling challenges to complete. After players are done with the first three factions, they must face three additional Faewish Sprites before they have a chance to duet with the Eltinada.
