Marvel's Wolverine First Announced in 2021
Marvel's Wolverine debuted during PlayStation's 2021 showcase with a cinematic teaser trailer confirming PlayStation 5 development. While fans anticipated crossover hints, the only reference so far is a Wolverine-inspired suit named "The Best There Is" available in Marvel's Spider-Man 2.
In December 2023, Insomniac faced a significant ransomware attack that temporarily exposed Wolverine's development materials and gameplay footage to the public.
