Alchemy Stars is shutting down its online services on January 24th, 2025, but not before offering players a unique offline experience. Tencent and Level Infinite announced the transition last month, allowing players to retain their progress and replay the game's story offline.
The Shutdown and Offline Transition:
The game's live service ends January 24th, 2025. A crucial update (version 1.43.0) will be deployed on January 10th, 2025, from 4:00 to 9:00 GMT. This update introduces a local data save feature, vital for preserving your game progress. Players must save their data before the January 24th, 4:00 GMT deadline; unsaved data will be lost permanently. The save function is accessible via a button on the main game screen. Multiple saves are permitted before the deadline.
The Offline Version:
The offline version will be a static experience; no further updates will be released. Deleting the app will render it irretrievable, and reinstalling won't be possible. However, the offline version allows players to revisit the story, upgrade units, and interact with their saved data.
Action Required:
Players should update to version 1.43.0 after the January 10th maintenance and save their game data before January 24th, 4:00 GMT. Download the game from the Google Play Store before its online services cease.
