The PC version of Stellar Blade is set to launch on Steam on June 11, accompanied by a host of PC-specific enhancements, as revealed by a trailer that Sony accidentally leaked. The trailer, initially published by Sony Interactive Entertainment on the PlayStation YouTube channel and subsequently removed, showcased not only the PC version but also a Complete Edition of Shift Up's acclaimed PS5 action game. The internet, ever vigilant, captured the trailer, which is expected to be officially released soon.

The Complete Edition includes the base game and all the DLC released so far, available for both PS5 and PC. This announcement comes over a year after Stellar Blade's successful launch on PS5 in April 2024.
Stellar Blade on PC will feature all the enhancements you'd expect, including AI upscaling via Nvidia DLSS 4 and AMD FSR 3, an unlocked framerate, Japanese and Chinese voiceover options, ultrawide display support, higher resolution environment textures, and DualSense support for haptic feedback and trigger effects.
The trailer also unveiled a new boss battle against Mann, Leader of the Sentinels, and introduced 25 new costumes, which are expected to be available on PS5 as well. Additionally, players have noticed a new scene at the end of the trailer where Eve releases a memory stick—a sequence not present in the base game. This has sparked speculation about a new ending or potential DLC for Stellar Blade.
The trailer confirms the launch of the Stellar Blade Complete Edition on both PC and PS5. Stellar Blade was a significant success for Korean developer Shift Up, generating $43 million in royalties in its last financial year. The studio anticipates that the PC version will surpass the sales of the PS5 version, which sold over 1 million copies in just two months. Shift Up has also expressed interest in developing another game in the franchise.
In Stellar Blade, players control Eve as she fights against unknown invaders to reclaim Earth in a fast-paced action role-playing game. The game received a 7/10 rating from IGN, and despite some criticism regarding its characters, story, and certain RPG mechanics, it quickly sold a million copies.
"Stellar Blade excels in the crucial aspects of an action game, but it's held back by uninspired characters, a lackluster narrative, and some frustrating elements in its RPG system, preventing it from reaching the pinnacle of its genre," IGN noted.
