Get ready, LEGO and *The Simpsons* fans—LEGO has just announced a thrilling new addition to their lineup with the launch of the Simpsons-themed Krusty Burger set. This minifigure-scale set is packed with Easter eggs and nods to the classic era of the beloved show. Priced at $209.99, LEGO The Simpsons: Krusty Burger targets the 18+ age group and, while not yet available for preorder, will hit the shelves on June 4. However, LEGO Insiders can snag Early Access starting June 1 (sign up for free here to join the fun).
It's been a while since LEGO ventured into the world of Springfield—the last Simpsons-themed sets were the Brickheadz models of Homer Simpson and Krusty the Clown in 2018. Before that, fans enjoyed the 2,523-piece Simpsons house (2014) and the 2,179-piece Kwik-E-Mart (2015). Both of these sets are now retired, making the announcement of the Krusty Burger set a thrilling revival of what many thought was a dormant LEGO franchise.
LEGO The Simpsons: Krusty Burger
Comprising 1,635 pieces, this set measures 9 inches tall, 9.5 inches wide, and 7.5 inches deep. Its design draws inspiration from McDonald's, complete with a drive-thru menu and window. The entire model features a hinge that allows it to open, revealing intricately detailed interiors including a kitchen, a bathroom, and a dining area. In addition to the restaurant itself, you'll get to build the iconic Krusty Burger sign mounted on a tall pole and Homer's Krusty-fied car from the Season Six episode "Homie the Clown."
The set comes with seven minifigures to bring the scene to life: Homer Simpson, Bart Simpson, Lisa Simpson, Farmer Krusty the Clown, Sideshow Bob, the Squeaky Voiced Teen, and Officer Lou. LEGO Insiders who purchase the set from either the online or brick-and-mortar LEGO Store between June 1 and June 7 will receive an exclusive gift with purchase—a 123-piece set of The Simpsons Living Room, while supplies last.
