Mortal Kombat 1 has just revealed exciting new content with the introduction of a feisty new Kameo fighter, Madam Bo, set to join the fray in March. Dive in to discover more about her unique addition to the game and what she brings to the table!
Mortal Kombat 1 Welcomes Madam Bo
New Kameo Fighter
Mortal Kombat 1 has unveiled the official trailer for its latest Kameo fighter, Madam Bo, the owner of Fengjian Teahouse. She is joined by the villainous T-1000 from Terminator 2, with both characters set to make their debut on March 18th, 2025, as part of Kombat Pack 2 and the Khaos Reigns expansion.
Before stepping into the role of an assist character, Madam Bo made an appearance in Mortal Kombat 1's story mode. Here, she faced a staged defeat by Lin Kuei assassin Smoke, which was a clever ruse to prepare Raiden and Kung Lao for the tournament. Don't be misled by her appearance; Madam Bo is a force to be reckoned with, having been a former associate of the Lin Kuei and a seasoned martial artist who trained Raiden and Kung Lao.
The gameplay footage showcases Madam Bo in action, assisting her students with powerful kicks and punches, smashing glass bottles, and delivering a unique fatality where she cleanly kicks an opponent's head off, then catches it on a tea tray.
T-1000 Makes Its Guest Debut
Joining Madam Bo on March 18th is the chilling T-1000 from Terminator 2: Judgment Day. This liquid metal assassin enters the Mortal Kombat universe as a playable character, utilizing its shapeshifting abilities to wield a sharp sword or a fully-armed machine gun in combat.
Mortal Kombat 1: Khaos Reigns Expansion
Both Madam Bo and T-1000 are part of the expansive Khaos Reigns DLC for Mortal Kombat 1. This expansion extends Liu Kang's New Era storyline, offering a new campaign and an immersive cinematic experience. Players will follow Liu Kang as he gathers his champions to battle the menacing Titan Havik, who poses a threat to the world and the New Era.
The Kombat Pack 2 includes a variety of new and returning characters. The pack's rollout began with the return of Sektor, Noob Saibot, and Cyrax in September 2024, followed by Ghostface from the Scream franchise in November, and Conan the Barbarian in January 2025. Madam Bo and T-1000 will complete this exciting roster later this month.
