Marvel Snap introduces exciting Sanctum Showdown mode

Are you ready to ascend to the rank of Sorcerer Supreme? Marvel Snap has just launched an exciting new limited-time mode called Sanctum Showdown, available until March 11th. This event introduces a thrilling new way to compete, featuring a unique win condition, a special Sanctum location, and innovative snapping mechanics.

In the Sanctum Showdown mode, the traditional gameplay of reaching turn six is replaced with a race to 16 points. The key to victory lies in the Sanctum location, which awards the highest points each turn. Additionally, the snapping mechanic has been revamped. From turn three onwards, you can snap once per turn to boost the Sanctum's value by one point, keeping the game's momentum dynamic and engaging.

Participating in a match requires one Scroll, but a win rewards you with another, allowing you to keep the excitement going. You begin with 12 Scrolls and receive two more every eight hours. Should you run out, you can purchase additional Scrolls for 40 Gold. Regardless of the match's outcome, you'll progress in your Sorcerer Rank and earn Charms, which can be redeemed in the Sanctum Shop for cosmetics or new cards.

Strategizing with cards like Captain Marvel or Dracula won't work in this mode, as certain cards and locations are banned to ensure fair play. Abilities that affect final outcomes are disabled, and cards such as Debrii are excluded to prevent one-sided strategies.
