This week’s tasks include:

Be Born a Male
Kicking off the challenge is a breeze: simply be born a male. You can start a random life and cross your fingers for a male birth, continue with an existing male character, or create a custom life and select male. The location isn't crucial, but if you've got the Jobs Pack and access to the Crime Special Talent, grab it. It'll boost your chances of success in the final task and help you avoid jail time.
Work as a Mail Carrier for 15+ Years

Once you're of age and have stayed out of legal trouble, dive into the full-time job listings post-high school graduation and look for the Mail Carrier position. A clean record should secure you the job effortlessly.
If the Mail Carrier job doesn't appear, take any job to keep the money coming in and check the listings again after Aging Up. It might take a few tries—I needed about three—but it’s largely luck-based. Once employed, stick with the job for at least 15 years, which you can easily monitor via the challenge tracker at the top of your screen.
Hook Up with 5+ Mothers and Have 3+ Children with Flings
These tasks can be tackled simultaneously. Head to Activities > Love > Hook Up and agree to any hook-up option. You won't know if your partner is a mother, but by hooking up with multiple women annually over a few years, you're likely to complete this task.
Opt out of using a condom during these encounters to increase the likelihood of having children with flings, although this also ups your STD risk. Treat STDs by visiting the doctor or, if fortune smiles upon you, through prayer. Keep hooking up until both tasks are checked off; you might even snag the Lustful Ribbon along the way.
Murder Your Own Mother

Save this task for last to minimize the risk of prison time. That’s where the Crime Special Talent comes in handy, enhancing your success rate. When ready, navigate to Activities > Crime > Murder, select your mom as the target, and choose your method. A successful kill completes the challenge.
There's a chance your mom might die naturally before you're ready to act. If that happens, you'll need to use Time Travel to go back, or start anew and try again.
