Minecraft Live 2025 Unveils Stunning Visuals, Flying Ghast, and More

Minecraft Live 2025 has concluded, and Mojang has unveiled an array of exciting updates and new content for the iconic game. The first game drop of the year, dubbed "Spring to Life," is set to launch on March 25. This update aims to enrich the Overworld by making its biomes more immersive and alive. Players can expect new variants of beloved mobs like cows, pigs, and chickens, along with captivating ambient features such as the glittering firefly bush, falling leaves, and whispers of sand. The second game drop, yet to be named, introduces a fascinating new block called the Dried Ghast. This block can be rehydrated to spawn a Ghastling, a baby ghast variant, which can further evolve into the Happy Ghast. This event, set in Midport Village, invites players to join Steve and his movie companions in a dynamic multiplayer experience. Participants will defend the village from piglin attacks through three engaging mini-games. The event runs until April 7, and completing all challenges rewards players with the coveted Yearn cape.
