These leaked dimensions, if accurate, indicate that Nintendo Switch 2 game boxes will be slightly larger than those of the original Switch. A Reddit user, HertzBurst, created a visual comparison showcasing the purported size difference. The leaked dimensions are approximately 5.1 inches (13 cm) by 7.7 inches (19.5 cm).

While larger than the current Switch cases, the Switch 2 boxes would still be considerably smaller than those used for Xbox Series X|S and PlayStation 5 games.
