Ordelle Coins are earned by completing "Jeuno: The First Walk," the initial Alliance Raid in the Echoes of Vana'diel series (added in patch 7.1). A crucial point: you can only acquire one Ordelle Coin per week. Consistent weekly completion is necessary for maintaining optimal gear levels.
Unlocking "Jeuno: The First Walk" requires completing the quest "An Otherworldly Encounter" in Tulliyollal. This quest becomes available after finishing the Dawntrail MSQs. Simply follow the quest markers to access the Raid (item level 695 required).
Where to Use Ordelle Coins
Once you have an Ordelle Coin, visit Uah'shepya in the Nexus Arcade, Solution Nine. Exchange it for:
- Surgelight Twine
- Surgelight Glaze
These enhancement materials upgrade gear purchased with Tomestones of Heliometry to item level 730. This provides a viable alternative to Savage Arcadion Raids for gearing up before the next content update.
