Feybreak Island in Palworld, introduced with the game's largest post-launch update (January 2024), offers players a vast new area brimming with resources. This expansion significantly surpasses the Sakurajima area in size and introduces a wealth of new items to enhance Pals and bases.
One key resource easily discovered in Feybreak is Hexolite Quartz. This highly visible mineral is crucial for crafting advanced weaponry and armor. Its location, however, might vary depending on your starting point.
Locating Hexolite Quartz in Palworld
Navigating Feybreak's diverse terrain, including caverns and high-level Pal habitats, can initially seem daunting. However, Hexolite Quartz stands out due to its bright, holographic coloration and prominent placement in the open. Unlike resources like Crude Oil, it's readily accessible.
Hexolite Quartz is found within large, easily spotted nodes (pictured above). These nodes are visible day and night, even from a distance, and are abundant across the island, particularly in grassland and beach areas. They respawn over time, ensuring a continuous supply.
Extraction requires a suitable Pickaxe. A Pal Metal Pickaxe is ideal, but a Refined Metal Pickaxe also suffices. Ensure your Pickaxe is in good repair before gathering from multiple nodes. Equipping strong Plasteel Armor is recommended to mitigate attacks from nearby Pals.
Each Hexolite Quartz node yields up to 80 pieces. Additionally, individual pieces can be found scattered on the ground, easily spotted while traveling.
