Pokémon Go’s Charged Embers Hatch Day will feature Elekid and Magby in eggs

Get ready for Pokémon Go's Charged Embers Hatch Day! This special event, running from 2:00 pm to 5:00 pm local time on December 29th, features increased Elekid and Magby hatch rates from 2km Eggs. Shiny hunting is on, with boosted Shiny odds for both Pokémon!

This three-hour event offers double Candy for all hatched Eggs. To maximize your hatching potential, a special bonus begins December 27th at 10:00 am, halving the distance required for Egg hatching until the event ends. Don't forget to redeem those Pokémon Go codes for extra rewards!

Free Timed Research will be available during the event, granting a Super Incubator and XP upon completion. A paid Timed Research option ($1) offers even more rewards: an additional Super Incubator, a Star Piece, and 2,500 XP. Plus, enjoy a 2x Hatch Stardust bonus throughout the event!
