The only way Pokemon GO players can get their hands on Dhelmise is by participating in 3-Star Raids featuring the Sea Creeper Pokemon as the boss during the Beloved Buddies event. You'll need to defeat Dhelmise in these raids to have a chance at catching it afterward.
Dhelmise’s Weaknesses & Resistances
Dhelmise, a Grass- and Ghost-type in Pokemon GO, is particularly vulnerable to Fire-, Dark-, Ice-, Ghost-, and Flying-type attacks, which deal 160% super-effective damage. On the flip side, avoid using Grass-, Water-, Electric-, and Ground-type moves, as Dhelmise resists them by 63%, and it's also 39% resistant to Fighting and Normal-type attacks.

Can Dhelmise Be Shiny?
Unfortunately, Dhelmise cannot be Shiny in Pokemon GO at the moment. This means that even after defeating it in a 3-Star Raid, you won't encounter a Shiny variant. Typically, new Pokemon are introduced without their Shiny forms, which are added later in events like Community Days.

Beloved Buddies Bonuses In Pokemon GO
Participating in Beloved Buddies comes with several bonuses to enhance your Pokemon GO experience:
