This event, running from 2 pm to 5 pm local time, will introduce the Water-type Pokemon in six-star Max Battles, giving trainers the thrilling opportunity to encounter a shiny version of this giant crustacean.
To enhance your battling prowess, you can utilize Max Mushrooms, a unique item in Pokemon GO that temporarily boosts the damage dealt by Dynamax and Gigantamax Pokemon during Max Battles. These mushrooms have stirred some controversy among players, but they remain a powerful tool in your arsenal.
Event Details and Bonuses
The Max Battle Day event is packed with bonuses to enrich your gaming experience:
- Max Particle Collection: The limit for collecting Max Particles, essential for participating in Max Battles, will be increased to 1600.
- Power Spots: All Power Spots will host Gigantamax Battles, refresh more frequently, and offer 8x more particles.
- XP Rewards: Players will benefit from enhanced XP rewards during the event.
From 1 pm to 5 pm on February 1, additional bonuses will be in effect:
