Multiplayer game hosts automatically possess admin privileges, but these can be extended to others.
How to Use Admin Commands in Project Zomboid
To utilize admin commands, a player must have admin status on the server. The server host automatically receives this status. To grant admin access to other players, enter the following command in the in-game chat:
