How to Locate the Garbage Journalist Cache in the Maze
To find this stash, travel northwest from the Slag Heap towards the car maze. While multiple entrances exist, use the main entrance shown on the map above for optimal access.
Once inside, proceed to the right until you reach a wrecked bus on its side. Look left; you'll see another bus with a blue exterior. Climb onto this bus to locate the stash. Descend on the opposite side and open the stash to obtain the Tourist Suit Body Armor.
Is the Tourist Suit Body Armor Worthwhile?
The Tourist Suit is a top-tier early-to-mid-game armor option in Stalker 2: Heart of Chornobyl. It provides substantial protection against thermal, electrical, and chemical hazards. Its key advantages are superior radiation and physical damage resistance, crucial for surviving high-radiation environments and other threats.
