In Stalker 2: Heart of Chornobyl, surviving the Zone's dangers requires top-tier gear, and the SEVA-V suit is a prime example. This valuable piece of armor, part of the coveted SEVA series, is surprisingly easy to obtain early in the game—completely free! Its excellent PSI protection makes it a lifesaver. Here's how to get your hands on it:
Acquiring the SEVA-V Suit in Stalker 2
The SEVA-V suit awaits you at the Scientist Helicopter location within the Rostok region. Find it southwest of the Rostok base; you'll see a large field containing a crashed helicopter surrounded by an Electro anomaly and a massive, rusty crane. Reaching the suit requires a bit of climbing.
Reaching the Suit: Climbing the Crane
Upon arriving at the Scientist Helicopter location, you'll notice the crashed chopper (within the Electro anomaly) to your right and a ladder leading up the rusty crane to your left. Before tackling the climb, use your artifact detector to snag an Electro-type artifact from the anomaly field—a worthwhile detour.
Now, ascend the crane. Once at the top, turn right and traverse the crane to the operator's cabin on the left.
Locating and Utilizing the SEVA-V Suit
Inside the operator's cabin, you'll find a bag containing valuable supplies and, most importantly, the SEVA-V suit. Carefully navigate your way back down.
The SEVA-V suit, upgradable by Rostok base technician Screw, boasts four artifact slots and offers superior radiation protection along with decent PSI protection. If you already possess superior armor, selling the SEVA-V suit can net you a substantial amount of in-game currency.
