Wargaming has officially announced Steel Hunters, releasing a special video teaser to generate excitement. Early access will be a key part of development, allowing players to actively shape the game through feedback. Developers promise regular updates, sharing progress and ideas leading up to the full launch.
Each Hunter in Steel Hunters offers a distinct playstyle, abilities, and progression path, encouraging experimentation with diverse strategies to outmaneuver opponents and secure the evacuation point.
The roster includes compelling characters like Razorside, Heartbreaker, Fenris, Ursus, Trenchwalker, Prophet, and Weaver, each with unique skills. Battles unfold across maps such as Crimson Ridge, Maryland Heights, and Stonecutter Keep, pitting six teams of duos against each other in a fight for survival. Only one team will claim victory in the Hunting Grounds.
Steel Hunters early access begins April 2nd, 2025, on PC via Steam and the Wargaming Game Center.
