Get ready, Pokémon GO trainers! The Beloved Buddies event is bringing a wave of excitement, including surprise Pokémon debuts, boosted rewards, and challenging raids. This event focuses on strengthening your bond with your Pokémon and runs from February 11th to 15th.
Beloved Buddies Event Details:
The highlight? Dhelmise, the spooky Sea Creeper Pokémon, is finally making its debut! Prepare to encounter and catch this new addition to your Pokédex, and get ready for some thrilling raids.
This event offers double XP for catching Pokémon, a significant boost to your trainer level progression. Lure Modules will also receive an upgrade, lasting a full hour and attracting a variety of Pokémon including Diglett, Slowpoke, Shellder, Dunsparce, Cutiefly, and Fomantis. Catching any of these Pokémon will reward you with an extra 500 Stardust.
Shiny Pokémon hunters, rejoice! Shiny Diglett and Shiny Dunsparce will be appearing more frequently in the wild. Other Pokémon appearing more often include Nidoran, Slowpoke, Shellder, Dunsparce, Remoraid, Mantine, Plusle, Minun, Volbeat, Illumise, Cutiefly, and Fomantis.
Raids will offer a diverse range of challenges:
- One-star raids: Shellder, Dwebble, and Skrelp (with an increased shiny rate for Skrelp).
- Three-star raids: Slowbro, Hippowdon, and the debuting Dhelmise.
- Five-star raids: Enamorus (Incarnate Forme).
- Mega Raids: Mega Tyranitar.
