The path to becoming a Brain Surgeon in BitLife requires completing medical school and then securing the specific job. Begin by creating a character; your name, gender, and country of origin are all customizable. Premium users should select "Academic" as their special talent. Focus on maintaining excellent grades throughout primary and secondary school.

To improve your grades, navigate to "School," select your institution, and choose "Study Harder."
