With a total of 51.4% ownership following the departure of other shareholders, Tencent now holds a controlling interest and is the sole external investor in Kuro Games. This follows an initial investment made in 2023.
Maintaining Operational Independence
According to reports from Youxi Putao, a Chinese news outlet, Kuro Games will retain its operational independence despite Tencent's majority stake.
