Summer Game Fest just revealed an exciting new trailer featuring acclaimed voice actor Troy Baker in his newest role: a crime-solving rodent star of MOUSE: P.I. For Hire.
In MOUSE, Baker voices private investigator Jack Pepper—a war hero-turned-sleuth (who also happens to be a mouse). The story kicks off when a classic femme fatale walks into his office with a mysterious case, but the adventure rapidly escalates as he uncovers murder, corruption, and deeper conspiracies across the streets of Mouseburg.
MOUSE is a stylish 3D first-person shooter, immediately recognizable for its vintage cartoon aesthetic—reminiscent of Cuphead—and heavily inspired by 1930s noir cinema.
Baker brings immense pedigree to the role, having previously starred as Joel in The Last of Us, Indiana Jones in Indiana Jones and the Great Circle, Booker DeWitt in Bioshock Infinite, Sam Drake in Uncharted 4, and Higgs Monaghan in Death Stranding and its eagerly awaited sequel.
MOUSE: P.I. For Hire is set to launch later this year on Xbox, PlayStation, Switch, and PC, developed by Fumi Games.
