Drug dealer simulator Schedule I continues its meteoric rise as one of Steam’s most-played games, securing its place as a viral sensation. Now, developer Tyler has rolled out the game’s first major post-launch update—version 0.3.4—currently available to test via the beta branch on Steam.
As announced on the game’s official Steam page, the beta will remain live for one to two days before the full public release. Players eager to try the new content early can opt into the beta branch and dive in immediately.
“This beta doesn’t include 100% of the features coming in the full release,” Tyler clarified. “I’ll be adding a few more decorative objects tomorrow [April 8]. My priority was getting the new wall-mounted items and pawn shop interface out quickly so they can be properly tested.”

Since launch, Schedule I has dominated Steam’s top-sellers list, surpassing major titles like Monster Hunter Wilds, GTA 5, and Marvel Rivals in concurrent players. Fueled by viral buzz across social media, Twitch, and YouTube, the game puts players in the role of an aspiring drug kingpin, starting small and building a criminal empire across the gritty city of Hyland Point. Expand your operations with new properties, businesses, employees, and illicit ventures.
Developed and published by TVGS—Australian indie developer Tyler—the game’s explosive success has been both thrilling and intense.
“I never expected this kind of response!” Tyler shared on reddit. “Right now, I’m focused on delivering patches as fast as possible. Once the major bugs are resolved, I’m excited to start rolling out new content updates.”
