Uncharted Waters Origin has just released an exciting new update titled "The Lighthouse of the Ruins," featuring a fresh PvE challenge, a new character, and several events that will run until the beginning of November.
It’s Going To Be A Monthly Event
In the Lighthouse of the Ruins, players embark on a journey through various levels or waters. Starting from the lower depths, you'll battle your way up, collecting rewards such as Blue Gems and Shipbuilding Accelerations. Completing certain levels grants you impressive rewards, and the challenge refreshes at the start of each month. If you get stuck, don't worry—you'll have another chance after the reset, with the opportunity to progress up to half of your previous achievement each time.
Each attempt at the Lighthouse of the Ruins requires 10 energy, with 8 being returned if you fail. Note that redo items can't be used, and rank rewards are distributed only once per month. Hence, it's crucial to have a solid strategy before you dive in.
Introducing William Adams, the new S-grade Admiral, an English navigator who famously arrived in Japan on the Dutch ship Liefde. Adams must now win the trust of the Shogun. Joining him are new Mates: Naoe Kanetsugu and Togo Grimani as normal Mates, and Ga Eunjeong and Tatsumaru as Employee Mates.
The new Mate Growth system, known as Transcendence, is now available in Uncharted Waters Origin. Once you max out the Premium Training for your Mate, Transcendence unlocks, providing an additional Effect slot. The Tome of Transcendence, essential for this system, can be obtained from the Lighthouse of the Ruins, Arctic Waters Land Training, and even from a smuggling ring assistant captain in Cape Town.
The Combat Support Special Attendance Event in Uncharted Waters Origin continues until November 5th. Just by participating, you can earn 60 Tomes of Transcendence, 40 Highest Combat Appointments, a Birch Board, and gear like the Marxbrüder Zweihänder & Rüstung.
