The Terminator event in Call of Duty: Black Ops 6 introduces a game-changing Full Auto mod for the AEK-973, transforming this previously underpowered weapon. This guide details how to unlock this attachment in both Black Ops 6 and Warzone.
This limited-time attachment is available until February 20th through The Terminator event. Post-event, it's anticipated to become available through the Armory Unlocks system.
To obtain the Full Auto mod, you must collect 50 Skulls. Skulls are earned by:
- Black Ops 6 Multiplayer and Zombies: Eliminating enemies has a chance to drop Skulls.
- Warzone: Opening loot caches provides a chance to acquire Skulls.
The most efficient Skull farming methods include:
- Zombies: Playing Zombies with the Rampage Inducer, reaching Round 6, then quitting and repeating the process.
- Warzone Resurgence Solos: Quickly opening loot caches across the map.
Full Auto Mod Functionality:
The Full Auto mod converts the AEK-973 from burst-fire to full-auto, utilizing 5.45 ammunition at a high rate of fire. It pairs well with the 5.45 Extended Mag for up to 45 rounds per magazine.
While the mod significantly reduces damage and range, the increased fire rate maintains a competitive time-to-kill. The mod does not affect handling or mobility; therefore, consider using attachments to improve these stats or utilize the weapon at medium-to-long range.
