What are Arcanas?
Arcanas are modifiers in Vampire Survivors. Unlocking the Randomazzo activates the Arcana system, starting with Sarabande of Healing. Players choose their Arcana cards on the stage selection screen before each match. Each Arcana offers unique functionality, but must first be unlocked.
Here are a few examples:

Boogaloo of Illusions: Expands your character's area over 10 seconds, from -25% to +25%, with each level adding +1% area.
- Unlock: Reach Level 50 with Concetta.

Heart of Fire: Weapon projectiles explode on impact, creating light bursts and causing explosions on character damage.
- Unlock: Reach Level 50 with Arca.

Silent Old Sanctuary: Grants +3 Reroll, Skip, and Banish, plus +20% Might and -8% Cooldown for each empty weapon slot.
