Remastered Dragon Age Collection Remains a Possibility
A recent Rolling Stone article revealed BioWare's decision to forgo Dragon Age: The Veilguard DLC. According to creative director John Epler, development is complete, and BioWare is now concentrating its resources on the next Mass Effect title.
While details regarding potential Veilguard DLC remain undisclosed, Epler addressed the possibility of a remastered Dragon Age collection, similar to the Mass Effect Legendary Edition. He acknowledged the significant challenges involved, primarily due to the proprietary game engines used in the original trilogy. Epler stated, "It’s something that’s not going to be as easy as Mass Effect, but we do love the original games. Never say never, I guess that’s what it comes down to."
