Gaijin Entertainment's upcoming War Thunder update, "Firebirds," promises a thrilling array of new military aircraft and vehicles, arriving in early November. This major update introduces iconic machines, significantly expanding gameplay options.
New Aircraft in War Thunder's Firebirds Update:
The update boasts a diverse selection of aircraft, including the groundbreaking American F-117A Nighthawk stealth attack aircraft – a first for War Thunder. Its unique design, incorporating radar-absorbing materials and clever engineering to deflect radar and infrared detection, made it a near-invisible force in Operation Desert Storm. The F-117's design features sharp angles and tucked-away engines, contributing to its legendary effectiveness.
Another highlight is the powerful F-15E Strike Eagle, an enhanced F-15 variant built for devastating air-to-ground strikes. Boasting a 50% larger payload than its predecessor, it's equipped with advanced targeting systems, including ground target detection radar, AGM-65 Maverick missiles, laser-guided bombs, JDAMs, and even the GBU-39 satellite-guided bombs (20 at a time!). This aircraft's inclusion underscores its significant role in the U.S. Air Force. Also joining the fray is Russia's Su-34 fighter-bomber.

The "Firebirds" update isn't limited to aircraft. It also introduces new ground and naval vehicles, including the agile British FV107 Scimitar light tank and the formidable French Dunkerque battleship.
Aces High Season Continues:
The ongoing Aces High season offers additional rewards. Players can unlock unique vehicles, trophies, and other prizes by completing the season and Battle Pass. These rewards include aircraft such as the Bf 109 G-14, F2G-1, and La-11, along with powerful platoons like the T54E2 and G6, and ships such as the HMS Orion and USS Billfish.
