Wuthering Waves has just unveiled its thrilling Version 2.3 update, titled "Fiery Arpeggio of Summer," which is set to enhance your gaming experience with its phased rollout. This update is not only a celebration of the game's first anniversary but also marks its exciting launch on Steam, making it accessible on PC for a wider audience.

This latest update is packed with new characters, captivating story arcs, and a variety of event content to keep you engaged. From April 29th to June 12th, 2025, players with a decent Union Level will have a plethora of activities to explore. The update introduces new storylines such as "A Blaze in the Dark" and "Your Summer Will Never Wither," alongside a fresh batch of Phantom Echoes, including Crownless (with its Nightmare version), Nimbus Wraith, and a sneaky Chest Mimic.
To celebrate the game's milestones, Wuthering Waves is hosting several login events. The "Gifts of Grand Celebration" event, running from May 23rd to June 11th, offers Radiant Tides and a Moment of Resonance for players at Union Level 8 and above. Additionally, "Gifts of Grand Reunion" (April 29th to June 11th) and "Gifts of Melodic Verses" (June 5th to June 19th) provide a range of rewards including Radiant Tide, Lustrous Tide, Astrite, Modifiers, and various upgrade materials.
There Are New and Old Minigames
The beloved minigame "Cubie Derby" is making a comeback, serving both as a leisure event and a spectator sport where you can cheer for your favorite Cubes. Roll the dice, move your Cube across the board, and collect rewards like Phantom: Chest Mimic and Flight Aspect: Laureate.
During the first phase of the update, players can participate in Resonator pulls for characters like Lumi, Taoqi, and Yuanwu, and aim for powerful weapons such as Dauntless Evernight, Overture, and Hollow Mirage. This phase continues until June 11th.
