Northeast of the Rinascita-Ragunna-Thessaleo Fells Resonance Nexus.

Teleport to the Rinascita-Ragunna-Thessaleo Fells northern Resonance Beacon. Head west towards the "Dream Patrol: Sprawling Scarlet" challenge, climb the wall, and jump to collect the casket.

From Location #2, use the Wingray to fly to the top of the Resounding Rise Tower.

Fly from the Resounding Rise Tower to the Twilight Rise Tower. The casket floats above.

Fly from the Twilight Rise Tower towards the Command Rise Tower bridge.

Inside the Command Rise Tower. Accessible during or after the "Shadow of the Towers: Command Rise" Sub-Quest.
